Hey Ya’ll!! It’s Friday, and I only have 1 more Friday before I have to go back to school. I’m super sad it’s coming to an end, but all good things must come to an end. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>

We started off Monday with a shopping trip with Nonna. We had to go to Academy to get some things for Soccer. We made a pit stop at Chicken Salad Chick, and I had some deliciousness! Chicken Salad on a croissant is a favorite, but get that pickle off my plate, pronto!\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I don’t know if you remember me saying that the deer ate all of our green beans. Luckily, my Uncle Rick came to the rescue. We picked 4- 5 gallon buckets of green beans.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Zucchini Fries\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

1 olive oil cooking spray flavored (4 sprays)<\/div>
1 tsp Italian seasoning<\/div>
1 1\/2 tbsp all-purpose flour<\/div>
3\/4 tsp table salt<\/div>
3\/4 cup panko bread crumbs<\/div>
2 zucchini medium, cut in quarters lengthwise and then each quarter halved<\/div>
2 egg white whipped until frothy<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div><\/div>

\u00a0<\/h2>
1. Preheat oven to 500\u00baF. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a small bowl,<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>
\u00a0mix together Italian seasoning, flour and salt. Place bread crumbs in another small bowl.<\/div>
2. Dredge a zucchini fry in flour mixture and then dip into egg whites; dredge in bread crumbs. Place coated zucchini on prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining ingredients; liberally coat with cooking spray.<\/div>
3. Roast, turning once, until desired crispness, about 10 minutes.<\/div>

Wednesday morning, I tutored. Then we went over to my friend Shannon’s house to let the kids play and hopefully swim. The weather was looking really nice until we were about to walk outside to have some lunch by the pool, and it started raining and thundering. What in the world?\u00a0<\/p>

So, we came back in and ate our sandwiches. We went back outside. They jumped in and swam about 5 minutes and thunder again. Ugh!\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
