All-Purpose Flour<\/p><p>1 tsp. salt<\/p><p>1 tsp. cinnamon<\/p><p>1 tsp. baking soda<\/p><p>1\/4 tsp. baking powder<\/p><p>1 tsp. vanilla flavoring<\/p><p>(Can add pecans, but I never do)<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes about 15 muffins.<\/p><p>I&#8217;ve also made this in a loaf pan, and it still had some leftover for a few muffins.
