I decided I would share some of my favorite books. I know during this current “situation” a lot of us have some extra time on our hands. So, I thought now would be the perfect time for this topic. I love to read. I don’t have a whole lot of time for it, but I love to read while Addison is napping or in the evenings right before bed.\u00a0<\/p>

These aren’t listed in any sort of order. Some of these I will be listing Favorite Authors and sharing many books by that author. I just couldn’t pick one favorite book. \ud83d\ude09\u00a0<\/p>

I will start this off with one of the first books I remember reading as an adult, and it has stuck with me to this day. True Colors<\/strong><\/span><\/a> by Kristin Hannah. The quote from Amazon says it best, “True Colors<\/i>\u00a0is an unforgettable novel about sisters, rivalry, forgiveness, redemption—and ultimately, what it means to be a family.”<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I love most books Kristin Hannah writes. One of my recent favorites is The Great Alone<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. It was very good, and I would definitely recommend it!\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Onto another favorite book. So, last summer, I read Where the Crawdads Sing.<\/strong><\/span><\/a> It was Really good! Like, I read it in just a few weeks, which is great for me. I would definitely recommend this one.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Another book that I loved and couldn’t put down was Before we Were Yours<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. It was earth shattering. I’ve come to really love Historical fiction novels, and this one. It’s based on one of America’s most notorious real-life scandals. Read it! Trust me!\u00a0<\/p>

Lisa Wingate’s The Book of Lost Friends<\/strong><\/span><\/a> was also recommended. I may look into that as one of my next reads. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Another book I recently read and LOVED was The Tattooist of Auschwitz<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. This was another novel that I flew through. I have been to Auschwitz in Germany. It was a very surreal and emotional experience. Then, after reading this novel, it really took me to that place. You guys need to read this one.\u00a0<\/p>

I really want to read Cilka’s Journey<\/strong><\/span><\/a> which is a character from the novel. I’m going to add it to my to read list. \ud83d\ude09\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I read Redeeming Love<\/span><\/strong><\/a> a long time ago. And then I read it again a few years back. I would highly recommend this book to read. Another famous author of mine, that I love, is Elin Hilderbrand. The majority of her books are written in Nantucket. (which I’d love to visit one day) I met her a few years back, and it was so fun! It was really hard for me to pick out just one favorite, so I’m going to share a lot of my favorites.\u00a0<\/p>

The Island<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, The Perfect Couple<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, Here’s to Us<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, The Matchmaker<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, The Blue Bistro<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, The Rumor<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, The Castaways<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>

Her newest novel, 28 Summers<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, comes out in June, and I can’t wait to read it!!\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Another favorite author is a Georgia native, Mary Kay Andrews. I love how most of her novels take place in the low country or at the beach. They’re my favorites. I have read lots of her books too, but I can’t pick just one. She has a novel coming out next month called, Hello Summer<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, that I can’t wait to read. Her novels are usually humorous and sometimes have a perfect mix of mystery. They’re great!!\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Lately, I’ve been continuing to read my books on my Kindle Paperwhite<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. It’s so lightweight, and it’s easy because I don’t have to take up space on my bookshelf once I’m done reading. It’s also easy because I can just throw it in my purse and have all my books with me. I used to pack like 4 books for our vacation. Now, I just bring my Kindle and I’m ready to go.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
