**Weekend Recap** {10.28.19}
Well, there you are again, Monday… We had a nice weekend. Not too much going on, but just enough to wish that I had another day at home. We have a busy week coming up though. We have something going on every night this week. We are hoping for no rain on Halloween. #fingerscrossed
Friday night, it was really rainy, cool, and yucky…. Joey decided to build a fire. Addison was entranced by it and wanted to help him. #excusethepullup
Addison had a bubble bath that night. We got a little carried away with all of the bubbles.
We attempted to watch a Hallmark Christmas movie that night which started at 8. With the fire and the exhaustion of the week, I think we all fell asleep watching the movie about 8:05… haha!
There’s no tired like Friday tired.
We got up Saturday morning. It was nasty and rainy again. I did some cleaning and then went to town to look for Addison some shoes. We were scheduled to have family pictures that evening, but with the yucky weather, we decided to reschedule.
That afternoon Addison and I met my mom over at my Papa’s house to look through some pictures for a scrapbook. Addison loved seeing Papa, and he was so sweet and made her a PB&J and cut up an apple for her. Then, I came home and threw my feet up while she napped.
Saturday night, we all met up with Joey’s family to celebrate our sweet Autumn’s birthday!! We love Aunt Autumn and Uncle NayNay. The girls were being shy and wouldn’t sing Happy Birthday.
Here is Addison all ready for church.
After church, I put Addison down for a nap. Then, I got busy in the kitchen making one of my co-workers a meal. Her mom has been having some health problems, so I baked this for her.
Sunday evening, after I got all the mounds of dishes cleaned up, we went to eat dinner with my parents. We had yummy beef tips with rice, mac-n-cheese, fried okra, and apple pie.
