**What’s up Wednesday** {3.30.2022}
It’s the last Wednesday of the month. On this day, I link up with Mix and Match Mama and Sheaffer. I share what has been going on with us lately. It’s a little food, a little family, a little what we’re wearing, a little what we’re doing, a little what we’re watching and a little bit of everything else all in one post.
1. What We Are Eating This Week:
This week, I was just grabbing random things to cook. We have a busy week.
Sunday: Out to Eat with the Girls!
Monday: Pork Chop, Baked Potato, Mixed Vegetables
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Chicken Tetrazzini , Brussels Sprouts
Wednesday: Korean Beef Rice Bowls with sautéed green beans
Thursday: Leftover Chicken
Friday: Date Night
Saturday: Kitchen’s closed!!
2. What I’m Reminiscing About:
This memory popped up from 7 years ago when my beautiful best friend got married. We had a blast!
This memory popped up from 5 years ago. So adorable and squishy.
Here are me and my girls, Caroline, Kat & Claire, 3 years ago when we went to Texas! Such a fun trip! I would love to go back and get some of those amazing cupcakes! #texbaby
Here’s my smiley 2 year old on St. Patrick’s day, 3 years ago.
3. What I’m Loving:
I ordered these makeup sponges to help apply sunscreen. I had seen some videos with influencers saying to use these to apply. Genius! I ordered this multi-pack, and it’s on sale right now! Of course, they’d be great for applying makeup too! Over 73,000 reviews! Wow!
How cute are these rainbow stretch bracelets for Spring & Summer. I love the colors!
4. What We’ve Been Up To:
Addison finally had Daddy Daughter date night at Chick-fil-A this month. They had a great time, and I’m so glad they were able to have it again this year!
Addison broke her leg at gymnastics a few weeks ago, and so she’s been getting all the attention, love, and snuggles. People have been so sweet and sending her care packages. She has felt very loved.
We also went camping and had a great time despite the broken leg. 😉
5. What I’m Dreading:
I’m not really dreading anything right now. 😉
6. What I’m Working On:
I have been working on planning some upcoming trips. I need to be working on organizing the house. 😉
7. What I’m Excited About:
I am really excited about the weather getting warmer. Goodbye cold weather… Hello Sandals and Short Sleeves.
8. What I’m Watching/Reading:
Joey & I recently watched “Pieces of Her” on Netflix. Have you guys seen it? It’s a thriller and very mysterious! It was great, and we really enjoyed it! If you like a show to keep you on your toes, this one is it!
I have been watching all the cheesy romantic comedies on Amazon. I mean, once one ends, I just start up another one. They’ve been great!
Some of my recent ones: About Hope, A Vineyard Romance, In-Lawfully Yours, Runnin’ from my Roots, You Can’t Say No, Sweet Home Carolina, Love’s Last Resort. Have you guys seen any of these?
I have just not had a lot of time, or taken the time, to read that much this month. I just finished I Owe You One by Sophie Kinsella, and it was very cute! It was very predictable, but I still really enjoyed it. This was an irresistible story of love and empowerment about a young woman with a complicated family, a handsome man who might be “the one” and an IOU that changes everything.
9. What I’m Listening To:
Right now I’m listening to Disney music playing on Alexa.
10. What I’m Wearing:
These Democracy Itty Bitty Bootcut jeans are perfect! They have my favorite stretch technology around the waistband to really help hold you in. They have a great length, and they’re not see through! Nobody wants see through white pants. Don’t forget to size down in this brand.
My top is from one of my favorite online boutiques. They randomly have good sales, but everything from there is always great quality.
Now, I want to give a shout out to my wedge sandals. They’re so cute and comfy despite the height. The ankle strap has stretch in it, so it makes it very comfortable. I ordered my normal size, 7.5, and they fit great!
These Old Navy jeans are so cute and are very popular right now. They’re on sale for $30, so snag them while they’re still on sale.
I ordered this Madewell shirt for Spring, Summer, and even to carry me into Fall. I think it will look great with white pants! I will snap some pictures when it comes in.
11. What I’m Doing This Weekend:
I don’t really know what we have going on this weekend. We will probably be working outside some, and I will be working on the usual in the house. We might plan a date night, if it works out. 😉
12. What I’m Looking Forward to Next Month:
We have a trip planned next month, so I’m excited about that!
Next month is also Easter and some birthdays in our family, so I foresee a lot of celebrating!
13. What Else is New:
I can’t think of anything else.

Those wedge sandals are great! I really need to get out all of my summer shoes and decide what I need. I usually try to get rid of things that are worn out at the end of the season but don’t really take notice of what I have until that time rolls around again. Hopefully I “need” a new wedge sandals 🙂
Happy Spring!

I love those colourful bracelets and I’m so sorry about the broken leg. That’s tough.
