Hello Monday

**Hello Monday** {5.5.2025}

Hello, Monday!! Here we are back at another week, but it’s alright because we only have 3 more weeks of school left.

Like the norm, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend which I feel like consisted of a lot of eating. Haha!

Today is May the 5th, so Happy Cinco de Mayo day! Go have some nachos and a marg. Treat yourself! 😉

Friday afternoon a crazy storm came through right at dismissal time. The wind was fierce! Everyone got home alright, and we had a pretty low key night.

Saturday morning we were up around 7. A former friend, who used to work with Joey, and we vacationed together over the years passed away recently with cancer. Bill was a one-of-a-kind man, and we were blessed to know him.

We attended his celebration of life Saturday morning.

After visiting with everyone for a bit, we headed to grab some lunch.

The weather was yucky. After lunch, we headed to Costco to grab some monthly essentials. Except, not toilet paper. They were all out! Alright people, what in the world? Not again! I honestly needed toilet paper!

The huge flowers in the planters were in!

We were home in time for changing clothes, doing a load of laundry and cleaning bathrooms.

Then off to Target and to eat dinner.

Sunday morning, we met the Diamonds at church then had lunch after at Moes.

After lunch, we headed to the strawberry fields for picking. After all the rain, the fields were pretty muddy.

We love our strawberry picking crew.

Crazy Colin photobombed our family pic.

Last night, we were making lunches for the week and trying to get things in order for another busy week.

Happy May, friends!
