Hello Monday

**Hello Monday** {5.11.2026}

Hello Monday!! It’s crazy knowing that there is only 1 more Monday left in this school year, after today. It’s a little bitter sweet that this school year is ending. We are definitely in the busy season!

Like the norm, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

Monday morning, Addison and I caught a beautiful sunrise on the way to school.

Friday was collective gift day for the teachers, so Addison & Remi carried their classes’ gift in to the teachers! They were very

Friday night, my Mom, Aunt and I had a girl’s night out.

We started with a soft serve Margarita. Our first time trying one. They had Strawberry Banana this night, and it was delicious! And so pretty! We will definitely be back when we can relax a little.

We had to eat and drink very fast because they were running a little slow.

I had gotten us tickets to see the Devil Wears Prada 2! It was great! I loved it! I had forgotten a lot of things in the original movie, so this weekend I rewatched it.

Saturday morning, we were up and headed to our last Volleyball game of the season.

I can’t believe it’s already over. Addison did great and improved so much. She’s already excited to play again in the Fall. We also signed her up for a Summer Volleyball camp, so she will get a little fix this summer.

Once we made it back home, I cleaned inside the house and Joey cleaned vehicles and outside.

I just ordered this Electric Spin Scrubber with Multi Brush Attachments. Do you have one of these? It comes with like 8 different brush attachments for cleaning a multi-tude of different things. It also comes with an extension rod, for areas that are hard to reach. I’ve already put it to work, and I like it! Addison even used it to clean her bathtub. That’s a win for me! Right now, it’s 28% off too!

Once we were done, we decided to plant some of the plants in our small garden. We usually do a large garden, but this year, we decided to scale back some. The pesky deer usually eat most of it anyway.

We have a lot of blueberries coming in on our bushes. Hopefully the deer and birds will wait until they get ripe for us to enjoy.

Saturday for dinner, we decided to try a new Cajun place in town. The food was very good, the service was a little slow, but we didn’t mind too much.

I ordered a Shrimp basket. Joey ordered a Shrimp Po Boy and Gumbo.

We had to order some Beignets for dessert.

Yesterday, I felt very spoiled.

I am very blessed to be Addison’s Mom.

Joey made reservations for all 5 of us to go to brunch. The food was delicious, and the company was great! We snapped some pics after our meal. I was absolutely stuffed!

I had heard our town had made a little Mother’s day display.

So, we parked and went to check it out.

It was a cute and fun display.

I snapped some pics of Addison in front of the old courthouse.

Then we went back home to just relax and hang out. I found this picture on my phone. Haha!

Mom opened her gifts.

After her and Dad left. I relaxed and read in the sun for a little bit.

I’m really into Mad Mabel right now!

We went to visit Joey’s Mom yesterday evening. We enjoyed our visit! After we left, I told Joey we forgot to take any pictures.

My Favorite Beauty products are on sale right now! Colleen Rothschild is having their Friends & Family Sale!

Like I said earlier, we are still in the very busy season. We are running here there and everywhere.

I hope you all had a lovely Mother’s Day, and I hope you have a great week ahead!
