Hello Monday! Happy Last Day of August! Here we are again… The weekend flew by like a distant memory. lol. But, we are excited about the upcoming 3-day weekend if for only an extra day of sleeping in past 4:30.
Like the norm, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.
Friday, our school admin had a sweet Iced Coffee bar for us to celebrate our awesome Math achievements.
Friday night, Addison and I ran to the grocery store. Joey didn’t get home until about 7. So, we just had a nice evening at home.
We had another early Saturday morning Volleyball practice. Our team is looking really good.
After practice, we ran some errands. Hobby Lobby was on the agenda. We left with a few new items.
We also ran to Target… I took a swing through the clothing, and these Halloween PJs were calling my name! So adorable and soft!
Joey’s Dad picked up Addison & Adalynn for some time shopping, at the park and dinner.
So, Joey and I had an impromptu date night.
Yesterday, we went to church and had a nice service.
Heading home, we stopped by the grocery store to pick up some more things for the week.
I cooked dinner and took food over to Mom & Dad’s house. I made pork chops, creamed potatoes, macaroni n’ cheese, creamed corn and green beans.
I also made these mini blueberry cheesecakes for dessert. Easy and delicious.
Last night, we were busy making lunches and doing all the normal Sunday night things getting ready for the week ahead.
