**Friday Favorites** {10.13.2023}

Well, hello Friday! So happy to see you!

Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.

We started our week with a student holiday/teacher workday. Our team decided to do a potluck, and it was so fun! Love having time to actually visit with my people.

We had field days this week with different grade levels each day. Aunt Dot came to join Isabel’s on Tuesday. She brought me a pick-me-up, and it was most definitely a favorite.

Tuesday night, the plan was to eat leftover Brisket, but I wanted another Green side. I stopped by our local BBQ restaurant to pick up some collard greens. Once I ordered, he asked if that’s all I wanted. I said yes, and he proceeded to say they were on the house. Wow, what a kind offer.

Wednesday was Addison’s field day. She was so excited, and everyone loved it!

The weather was so much cooler than May.

Sweet friends. Having lots of fun!

Addison enjoyed doing an art project with her name after school. She really is very creative and loves art.

Thursday, I got word that my papa was sick, so I headed to the store and grabbed him some food and things that might make him feel better. .

Last night, we had Family Engagement Night. There were lots of activities set up around the school for the students to enjoy. Joey was a trooper and walked Addison and Adalynn around since me and Cindy had to work.

I’ve been getting more pictures from Mom & Dad’s adventures out west. I’m living vicariously through them.

I saw these memes, and they made me laugh out loud.
