**Weekend Recap** {5.18.2020}

Happy Monday!! I hope you guys had a great weekend! It is finally starting to warm up a little around here, and I’m loving it. We had a fun-filled weekend.

We started out Friday with Addison giving a little fashion run-way show. Haha

(Excuse her marker legs… she did that during one of my meetings, Friday)

When Joey got home from work, we decided to go get some burgers for dinner and go to a local park for a picnic. The weather was great! It was a perfect Friday night.

Addison thoroughly enjoyed her shake. Then, we had a nice walk around the duck pond.

Joey and Addison braved the frigid water and splashed in the pool. It was a crisp 72 degrees, which is still too cold for me. As you can tell, Addison had no fun at all. 😉

Saturday, I forgot to document a lot of our day. #bloggerfail

I dropped off Addison with my Mom and Dad mid-morning. They wanted to take her on a ride in the jeep with the top off to go get ice cream. Joey and I headed out to do some shopping/errands.

We went to Cabela’s and got me a new camping chair. (part of my Mother’s Day :))

We went to the camper place just to look around and see if we found anything we just had to have. We didn’t…. Haha!

Then, we went to Wal-Mart and got some pool floats. Addison was very excited about her Unicorn float!!

Sunday, she begged and begged all morning about getting in the pool and trying out her unicorn float. We finally gave in right after lunch. Seeing the weather forecast for the week, it looks like it’s going to rain most of the week. So, we decided to let her get in for a little while.

We came in after pool time. She napped, and me and Joey had a day date with some Netflix. It was a great weekend! Have a great start to your week! 🙂
