**Friday Favorites** {6.12.2020}

Happy Friday Everybody!!  Today I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals. 

We have had an awesome week! For the past week, we have been at the beach. It’s been a very relaxing trip, definitely different than usual. 

Today, we are driving home. Booooo…. It’s always sad when we have to leave. I decided to share some of my favorite go-to beach items that we ordered for our trip. The great thing is, most of the items are from Amazon, so you can get them quickly and free shipping!! #bestthingever #loveamazon

I ordered me and Joey these Yeti colsters to keep our drinks cool while at the beach. They were great to throw in the cooler and keep our drinks cold extra long. I ordered Joey just the plain silver stainless steel color I love the color of mine!! 

Since we camp at the beach, we have to watch out for bugs. Mosquitoes and flies love me and Addison. I ordered this bug spray, and it was great to keep the pests away. The scent was nice too. 

This is the sunscreen I used last year and loved it! I ordered it again for this year. It’s 30 spf and the smell is great! Very tropical! I love that it goes on evenly, and I don’t even have to worry about rubbing it in. Plus, it has no parabens, doesn’t leave your skin greasy, and is even good for your skin! 

This is the scalp spray I bought. It was a lifesaver for Addison, who most of the time, refused to wear a hat. 

I used this face sunscreen. It has a 40 spf, and I never had to reapply. It also gives a little hint of color which was great for not having to wear normal foundation. 

Here’s a link to the lip balm I used. I can’t stand having burnt lips, so this one was perfect! It didn’t leave a gross taste like some do. 

These are my favorite flip flops! They don’t rub uncomfortably between my toes, and the color is spot on! I ordered my normal size 7/8. 🙂

Joey likes to wear sleeveless shirts while we are on the beach. He ordered this one and loved it! He could have worn the Medium but wanted it a little looser, so he ended up switching it for a Large. 

He needed some new swim trunks. He ordered these in Charcoal and was very happy with them! They come in a ton of different colors and designs, so they’re a great option! Plus they are at a great price point. 

I didn’t really need too many new bathing suits. Mine from the past are still good. I did want a one-piece. Lots of bloggers had been raving about this one, and I thought it was cute, so I ordered it. I would suggest ordering up a size. I don’t like them tight at all and the ruching was great at hiding the midsection area. 

We usually end up needing some more beach toys every year. Ours always get lost in transition or just break. I ordered this bundle. It was great! Lightweight and a backpack, so Addison was able to carry it!

I have to have a good beach read while I’m on vacay! I ordered Mary Kay Andrew’s Hello, Summer! and Kristy Woodson Harvey’s Feels like Falling. They were the perfect books to read for the trip! Have any other recommendations? 

We are probably driving home as you’re reading this… I will share more from our trip next week. We also have swim lessons planned for next week, so that’s exciting! We love Mrs. B! I’m sure we will be unpacking and doing ALL the laundry this weekend. I hope you have a great weekend!! 🙂
