Happy Friday Friends!! How is your week going?

Monday, we took Papa out to eat on his actual birthday.
We have had a little visitor come up every morning, in our backyard. Milo freaks out barking like crazy when he sees it.
Tuesday, we all met over at Shannon’s house.
The kids had a blast, as usual.
The Mamas enjoyed the company as well. Favorite times!
Addison begged to make a fort and sleep in the living room. I let her because… summer.
Wednesday, we met Joey for lunch. I forgot to snap any pics.
Addison and I stopped for some shopping on the way home.
After we made it home, we ran over to Aunt Dot’s house to give her her birthday present. She’s a favorite and deserves all the love.
That night, I had plans to meet some girls for dinner. Then, we had tickets for an author event.
I had never read anything by Meghan Quinn, but have heard great things about her books. So, we thought, why not.
We got our book!
I am always amazed how invested some people are in authors. I mean, personally, I just like to read the books and don’t invest too much time in author’s personal life.
So, when all these people started asking very personal questions, I’m like hmmmmm… I have no idea.
After listening to the discussion and Q & A time, we all realized her books, or at least this one, is very Rated R. We were a little surprised by that. So, keep that in mind. 😉
Yesterday, we headed to the Aquatic center for some cousin time.
They play so well together and love each other so much!
After running through the shower, we ran over to see Mom & Dad for a few minutes.
Mom had made some homemade ice cream. Of course Addison was all about it. We do love Homemade ice cream in the summertime!

Addison spent the night with Joey’s dad last night, so I’m sure they’re doing all their favorite things and eating all the sugar! You’ll find me cleaning house today and packing some for an upcoming trip.
