Friday, Addison was hanging with Joey’s Dad. So, I picked me up some Starbucks….
and headed to Target! It was great just meandering up and down the aisles.
I think these ornamental sandals are oh so cute, but I didn’t get them because they look similar to my Tory Burch sandals.
We had Nolan’s birthday party Friday evening.
The kids had a blast doing all the things.
Addison loved seeing one of her besties, Sutton!
And… us Moms loved seeing each other!
Joey did the norm and snapped a pic of us not ready.
Saturday…. we were doing some cleaning and organizing.
Addison also had Milo dancing.
I layed outside for a bit. I was trying to get a suntan and read. Milo was not making it easy.
Saturday evening, a really bad storm came blowing through. The winds were intense. The trees were bending all the way over and going back and forth. It was pretty scary for a few minutes. We hunkered down. Thankfully, our power just blinked a few times and stayed on. Many others around us weren’t so lucky to keep power.
Our church had a tree and power lines down all around, so we didn’t have morning service Sunday.
Addi and I enjoyed a mid-morning stroll with Milo. She found a wild lily.
Joey worked on cleaning up the tree at the church.
I worked on things around here, and we had church service last night. Thankfully, the power was restored, and we had a/c.
