**Friday Favorites** Back to School Edition {8.7.2020}

Happy Friday!!!!  Wow! It’s been a wild and crazy week! We are one week down for teaching. And I’m beat…Today, like usual, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing some of my favorite things from the week!! 🙂 

We have had some really special firsts this week. These Back to School books were a favorite this week. We read them Sunday night before bedtime. 

Pete the Kitty’s First Day of Preschool and The Night Before Preschool were perfect for this night! 

Joey usually leaves for work at 5. However, he scheduled himself to go in a little later, so we could both take her and drop her off together. I was very thankful. Our favorite breakfast chef cooked us up a breakfast for champions on our first day of school! 😉 

Addison still wanted to sneak in some more reading at breakfast. Ignore her shirtless self, I didn’t want to get food on her shirt. Haha! 

This sweet girl was super excited and seeing her excitement was definitely a favorite. I only got a little weepy. I tried to hold it in until after drop off. 

This is one of my childhood friend’s little girl. She now goes to my school. Seeing her sweet, little face and snapping this pic for her mama was definitely a favorite. 

Addison’s artwork has been a favorite. Our fridge is getting full. 

One night for dinner, all the veggies were from our garden, minus the pork chop. 

Day 2 Breakfast

Addison attends a Christian Pre-school. On Wednesday, they have Chapel and all wear their matching chapel shirts. This day was one of our favorites. 

Our silly cat, Giggles, is sometimes a favorite. Haha! She always lays like this, and it cracks us up. 

I was using the Lavender Native deodorant, but it was starting to irritate my skin, and I didn’t feel like it was helping my body odor in this hot, GA heat. I decided to try the Native Charcoal deodorant. I am so glad I bought this and wish I had started using it from the beginning. It really helps to mask any odor and doesn’t give me bumps. #aintnobodygottimeforthat

One day, last week, our PTA bought all teachers donuts and coffee. They had the cutest little donut truck set up. This was a favorite, sugary treat! 

This selfie was a favorite surprise on my phone. 

I saw these two memes, and I just busted out laughing. They were a favorite for a good laugh. 

The second meme is especially me, spot on. Joey says I do too much thinking and need to stop getting him involved with so many projects. 😉
