We started off Friday night by making a trip to Costco.
Saturday morning, we were up and at it pretty early. Addison and Adalynn had volleyball assessments. They didn’t have to try out since they were already drafted onto Joey’s team, but it was fun watching.
It’s a fairly intense process, and I felt sorry for the girls. There was a lot of pressure on them with everyone watching.
After the tryouts, Joey went into a room to do the draft. It was a long process. The girls took the time to play on the court.
We headed to Dick’s Sporting girls to pickup some more needed items.
We stopped by CFA on the way home and grabbed a Coke float.
We had a lot to do around the house. I cleaned inside. Joey and Addison worked outside. They washed the cars then did some brush burning.
Sunday morning, the weather was beautiful! Addison and Joey threw some darts before church.
Yesterday afternoon, we did some meal prep for the week, and I did some laundry.
Then we headed around to visit with family.
My parents are back in town, so we went by to welcome them home. We went to spend some time with my Papa for a bit.
Then we went over to my Aunt Dot’s house. She cooked for us. It was delicious!
Aunt Dot and I looked for some vacation spots while Addison and Joey played some basketball.
We got home about 7:30 last night. We had to get ready for another work week.
