Summer Vacation

**June Beach Vacay Part II** {6.18.2026}

Hey friends!! I’m back on a Thursday! I know this is very unusual for me, but I wanted to go ahead and share part 2 recap of our vacay. If you missed Part 1 from yesterday, start there, here.

I’m picking right back up with us heading to breakfast the next morning to another favorite, Dino’s Diner.

After breakfast, we headed straight down to the beach.

It was another perfect day!

On the walk up from the beach, we stopped by the pool for a few minutes.

That night, we ate dinner at Carolina Roadhouse then headed to Broadway at the Beach. It’s a large outdoor shopping area. But they also had this really neat area that was all decorated to celebrate the 4th and the 250th birthday!

Addison rode some of the carnival type rides.

On our last day, we headed down to the beach. Addison wanted to ride her bike. We tried to make the most out of our day.

Again… love morning walks on the beach.

We had picked up some Parlor doughnuts. We enjoyed some bites of those for breakfast.

And we headed back down to the beach for more sun and fun.

Our last night, we ate with our friends Tammy, Teresa and Charles at the Chesapeake House.

I had some seafood favorites. Not a big fan of the deviled crab, but I wanted to get a picture of it. Haha! I passed it on to Charles to eat.

After eating, we went to take a look at the alligator. I can’t believe how it just allowed all those turtles to crawl all over it. It wasn’t bothered at all.

After dinner, we went to walk around at Bass Pro Shops. Then, I don’t even know where we put it, but after that, we headed to get some ice cream. I was still so full!

And the next morning, Addison & I were headed back to Georgia. Of course, we had to make a Buc-ees stop!
