Monday was picture day… we were dressed in our best and had our best smile on.
Teachers will appreciate this share. I recently ordered these scrunchy stretchy lanyards. They come in three cute colors, and I love that they stretch! Great price point too!
Joey and Addison practiced hitting some volleyball, one afternoon. It’s great to get outside. The temperatures haven’t been unbearable this week. In the high 80s/low 90s.
Dad and I rode to the doctor on Wednesday, and the weather was gorgeous!

I recently ordered these clear drawer organizers for Addison’s bathroom drawers. They have been great for giving everything a place.
I had a meeting at the county office yesterday. The sky was really showing out. By the time I was able to get a good pic, the sky had already started mellowing out. But, it was a beautiful start to the day.
I stopped by Stitch coffee and grabbed one of my favorite drinks.
After my meeting, I had to run down to check on Mom. I grabbed a Jimmy John’s sub for the road. It’s a favorite treat that I don’t get too often.
Addison was chosen as a Student Council Member, and we are so proud of her!
I was so saddened to hear of Dolly’s passing this week. I loved her dearly, like everyone, even though we had never met. She felt close like family. We typically get Dollywood season passes every year and all love her humble philanthropy, humor and spirit. We know she loved Jesus and the Lord. She had the voice of an angel and now she can take off her rhinestones and heels and rest.
I started watching the newest season of My Life with the Walter Boys this week. It’s cute, but sometimes the boys and Jackie annoy me.

Season tickets to Dollywood sounds like such a great treat! I’ve never been there, but my friend who loves all things Dolly went with her family a couple of years ago and they loved it and spoke really highly of it. Also – love that lanyard. May need to grab me one!
