**Friday Favorites** {10.30.2020}

Happy Friday!! Wow! This has been the craziest week. 

Today is another link up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing some of my favorite things from the week!! 🙂

Whew! Are you guys all okay from Hurricane Zeke? Here, in north Georgia, we were under a Tropical Storm warning. Crazy, I know. Well, when Zeke came through Thursday morning about 5 a.m., everybody knew it! It was so windy I thought the windows were going to bust or the roof was just going to fly off. It was super scary!

The beginning of this week, there were some favorites. Like when I exercised my right and voted. 🙂

Another favorite…. doesn’t everyone build with Magna Tiles while shirtless… 

My mom and dad came over one night for dinner. Addison and my Mom, Nonna, made pretzel rods for her class. She was loving life. 

She was so excited when she was done, so she could do this… 😉

Our school system was awesome and closed Thursday in preparation for the bad storm headed this way. It’s a good thing they did, because I wouldn’t have been able to get there. We had a big tree down over our road and on the power lines. We lost power about 4:30 Thursday morning. 

We decided to cook breakfast in the camper. 

The weather yesterday afternoon was so warm. It was 81. Crazy! It was nice to go outside and enjoy the afternoon. Our power came back on about 6 last night, and we are so thankful for the linemen that are out and working to restore power and clean up the trees.

That’s it for today. We are out of school again today because so many people/schools still don’t have power, and there are still so many impassable roads. Happy 4 day weekend to me! I am dropping Addison off for her Halloween party and Trunk or Treat today. Then, we have lots of other fun Halloween festivities planned. 🙂 Can’t wait!
