**Friday Favorites** {1.22.2021}

Happy Friday!! Whew… what a crazy week. That’s all I will say on here. 😉 

Today, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and I’m sharing some of my favorite things from the week!! I need some happy, so I’m excited to read all about your favorites too!!  🙂 

On Monday, we were out of school, so we had a really nice, relaxing day. My Mom, Aunt and cousin came over to help me put up some shiplap wallpaper in Addison’s playroom. I’ll get to that in a minute. We practiced some sight words. These sight words have been awesome! We love the picture/clues to help in learning the words. Then, on the backside, it just shows the words. We are already reading almost all of the Pre-Primer words. If you have a young reader, I would highly recommend them. 

My cousin, Parker, came over too. He enjoyed playing with the Lite Brite. Ha!

We went upstairs and worked on getting the wallpaper all lined up. We taped it to make sure it was straight. Then, I started peeling it off, and we realized very quickly that it wasn’t going to work…….. yet. I had only primed the walls and not painted them. I thought it would stick to the primer, but nope! Not at all. #sigh 

I had all that help and couldn’t do a thing. #mylife

So, I will be painting the walls, and then I will work on combatting the shiplap.

We decided to leave it all and head to Home Goods and Hobby Lobby for some retail therapy. Isn’t this Rae Dunn mug so sweet. Here it is on Amazon. 

We grabbed some lunch. 

While at Home Goods, I grabbed a cute Valentine felt pom-pom garland. This one is similar from Amazon and adorable! 

Joey had to work late a couple nights, so I was manning the house solo… As I was making lunches, cooking, laundry, etc… I look in our bedroom and see this. Stuff everywhere. I just have to laugh. My OCD self tries very hard to just let it go. They will only be little for so long. I remember when she wouldn’t even play by herself. 

This inflatable unicorn set came from Santa, and even though it’s huge, it’s been lots of fun! It will be a lot of fun when it warms up, and we can take them outside. 😉 

We were so excited to finally get outside one afternoon and get some play time in. Being outdoors is definitely a favorite. 

These floral Capri candles from Anthropologie are a favorite. 

Does anyone have the new 12 Pro iPhone? I absolutely LOVE it! I also am in love with my new Loopy Case! Have you all tried one? They’re the best! I am not showing myself in the pic because I look rough after working all day. Ha!

That’s it for today… we don’t have a lot planned for our weekend. We are planning to go to church in person on Sunday. We haven’t been in months, so we are excited about that! Have a wonderful weekend!
