Hey Hey Monday!!

Today, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

Friday morning Addison and I started our girl’s day with a little pick me up tea. 

Then we headed to get manis and pedis. Love time with my girl! 

We had to run some errands, and we went to Sweety’s to grab a little lunch and enjoy it outside. 

Friday night I had plans to eat with some of my sweet teacher friends. We have been trying to get together for months. The wind was fierce out there. Haha! 

Our food was amazing! 

We three have a book club going, so we all just rotate books. It’s a lot of fun to chat about the books and share them. Fun times! 

Saturday morning we had plans to meet up with some of Addison’s Kindergarten classmates at a local park. They had so much fun and were so excited to see one another. Most all of them are going to different schools next year, so it was a fun treat to get some of them back together. 

We grabbed a little Starbuck’s treat on the way back home.

Yesterday we had two church services, one in the morning and one last night and a dinner with everyone in between. I got home and cooked a pound cake for when everyone comes to our house on Tuesday. 

I’m going to share a few items that are tried and true and are great ideas for Father’s day!

They are so comfortable for just hanging out upright, but Joey really enjoys them for afternoon naps as well. 😉 There are 17 color options, so there’s something for everyone! Joey has this GCI Rocker chair, and we use it all the time. It’s very comfortable and so easy to transport. It’s great to take to kids sporting events and just sit in when hanging out with friends in the outdoors.

We have a Blackstone we use when we are camping, so I know this 4 burner griddle would be even more awesome! These are awesome to cook anything on! We do breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I can smell the burgers now!

I really like this money clip wallet. Joey prefers a money clip and not a lot of folds, so I really like the look of this one. 

These waterproof Birkenstock’s will be perfect for just wearing around outside and for the beach and pool. They come in lots of color options. 

Joey’s favorite everyday sneaker is the On Cloud. They are really comfortable, and although they aren’t his long stride running shoes, he does enjoy them for short runs. 

We enjoy going on trips across the country, and when I came across this book, I knew it would be a great gift idea for traveling!
