**Friday Favorites** {3.1.2024}

Happy March friends!! January was like 3 months long and February was like 4 days. It flew by!

Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.

I made Addison these “Bunny” cinnamon rolls this week, and she was so giddy excited about them! It wasn’t difficult at all. I just used our normal Annie’s Cinnamon Rolls and unrolled them a little to make the ears. So cute for Easter!

Monday afternoon was insane…. I had to work until about 3:30, so we were already coming home on two wheels to get the dog to take to the vet.

When we walked in the door, I found poop in the floor. So, cleaned up poop. Then, we realized he had tinkled in his crate, so he needed a bath prior to the vet. So, I ran him through a bath quickly. Addison took him outside to potty then brought him back in. Meanwhile, I was trying to do a million tasks in about 5 minutes (unload dishwasher, unpack lunchboxes, sign folder, etc…) and looked over, and he had tinkled in the floor. So, clean up that and try to roll out in time to not be late.

On the way to the vet, some lady wasn’t paying attention and almost t-boned us in the right side. Thankfully, the good Lord was looking out for us. I slammed on my brakes, lay down on the horn, and praise nobody was in the opposite lane, so I could move over. She never even slowed down. So, definitely counting our blessings.

All things went well at the bank, minus the large bill… haha!

We hurry back home, eat dinner quickly, and head to Addison’s Final Four Tournament game. It was intense. It was late. The girls played their hearts out. Unfortunately, our season ended there. We were so happy with all the girl’s progress and just how sweet they all were. Thankful for great coaches as well.

And there’s this…. hahaha! I am pretty competitive. 😉

Tuesday night, we had dance and were going to go to our High School basketball game- they’re in the Elite 8, but it got too crazy, and we couldn’t make it. They won though, so now in the Final Four!! Woo Hoo!

Wednesday, I had to have my lovely Breast specialist follow-up. I have to go every 6 months. So, on the way, I grabbed myself a treat. I deserved it for what was to come. #squeezedtodeath #vice

The lovely pink robe…. all the ladies sitting around in pink robes is quite humorous. I did get some reading accomplished.

After the appointment, I treated myself again by going to the Fickle Pickle and getting their delicious Chicken Salad Croissant. Such a treat! However, I was very sad when I realized after leaving, they forgot my M&M cookies. 🙁  I was trying for all the treats this day.

After lunch, I ran to Trader Joe’s and grabbed some favorite finds.

Then, I went on the search for some Spring Break bathing suits. This is the least attractive picture ever… #pale #needatan

But why is the smallest piece of material so expensive?!?

How cute are these Sam Edelman Platform slides I love them! They are even more beautiful in person and appear to be comfortable since I haven’t worn them long term. They are going to be perfect for wearing this Spring and Summer.

Last night, we went out to eat with Joey’s Dad and Christy. We had many laughs, and it was great all being together.

On Wednesday, I shared what all we had been up to in my WUW post. If you missed it, read all about it here

That’s all for our week. I hope you all have the best weekend! See you soon!
