Friday night, Addison had dance rehearsal from 4-7. Joey and I headed to the little downtown area and enjoyed dinner in the Burger Bus. It was cute! They have transformed an old school bus into a dining area. It’s very small but a fun environment!
And Saturday was performance day!
She had 2 shows. We had to be dressed with hair and makeup by 11. So, sadly, she wasn’t able to make it to volleyball for practice that morning. Coach Joey went and supported.
We dropped her off and got all the things ready and layed out for her to quickly grab in between costume changes.
We took a few pics of the kiddos pre show.
I was so excited for show time!
Professor came out and did amazing!!
Our friend Nolan was Marlin and Sadie was Dory.
Sutton was Gill.
They all did fantastic!!!
The costumes were adorable! So proud of all these kiddos!
We had the sweetest fan club!
We had about an hour from the first show ending and when the kiddos had to be back.
We were able to drive close by. Sutton, Addison, Nolan, and Joey got ice cream. Shannon and I got Iced Coffee… We were all happy!
And then it was back and getting ready for show #2.
A lot of sweet friends from school came. Addison sure does love Sutton!
And we were so very proud of our girl!
After the show, we all headed out to eat. Thankfully the weather was beautiful, and we were all able to eat outside.
Shannon found this pic on her phone. Cuties!
Shannon and I were able to snap a few pics together before we ended the night. We were all tired!
Sunday, we had a pretty chill morning and most of the day.
I did some cleaning and laundry. I organized Addison’s dresser drawers. They seem to always become a mess. I was able to read for a bit. It was wonderful!
Yesterday afternoon, we headed to Lowe’s to get some more paint stain to redo our front door.
We picked up some food for our friend’s Chuck & Ali and delivered it to them.
Then, we ate dinner at Mom & Dad’s house. I’m so glad they’re home! <3
I hope you guys have a great week! We have a busy one!

Nemo is one of my favorite shows! The Professor is such a great part- bet she nailed it! Eva was Marlin when her elementary school did it- the music is just so beautiful- awesome pics too- thanks for sharing 🙂
The Burger Bus does sound cute! It sounds like Addison was busy with her dancing. Well done to all the kids! Fab photos!
