TGIF… We are so happy to see Friday. The first week/month of school is so exhausting! Whoever came up with having school all 5 days the first week, obviously never lived it. Haha!

Addison had a great week and loves all her teachers!
We snapped all the must-have first day pics Monday morning. We were up super early and out the door by 6:15.
She got a new backpack and lunch box this year. She loves the butter yellow!
Then, once we were at school, we had to get all the pictures there too with all the props.
And a pic with Mrs. Cronan, her Homeroom teacher.
I got to see my girl, Sutton! She started middle school this year. I can’t believe it! I’m going to miss seeing her every day!

Monday night was Back to School brinner. Joey was out of town, so it was pretty simple this year. Addison asked for it though, so of course we were still going to do the tradition.
These Sausage Muffins are so good and a must have for grabbing on the go.
I got a pic of these cuties who are classmates this year. And, their homeroom classroom happens to be right next to my office which is a favorite.
I made and took a meal to some sweet church friends.
Last night we ate dinner with my Aunt Dot. We ended up eating dinner a lot of nights with my Dad & Mom this week. Family time is always a favorite.
We are happy the weekend is here! Even though school has officially started, we are still trying to have Summer fun on the weekends because it’s still HOT here!
