Hey Everyone!! Happy Monday! Today is our official 1st day of school! It starts year 19 for me and 4th grade for Addison! Now that we have come to the realization that summer is actually over, we are excited for a new year!

Friday morning, we welcomed back students at our Meet N’ Greet.
I loved having my work bestie/sidekick with me! She’s back from maternity leave.
While I worked, Joey brought Addison to see/meet all her teachers.

Friday night, we met up with our friends, Chuck & Alli, for dinner. Our plans were altered a little bit when Joey had to work later than he was expecting. We just moved our dinner a little closer, and it all worked out.
And then I totally skipped on documenting Saturday.
I cleaned house a bit. Then we all headed to do some shopping at Target & Costco. We needed to get things for the start of the month. We went to dinner and then enjoyed some relaxing time on the patio.
Yesterday, Addison’s dance studio had their open house. We got all loaded up on new shoes and saw sweet friends. She’s excited to start!
Last night, Mom cooked dinner for us and made homemade ice cream. It was a great treat for the start of the school year.
