On Monday, the school had a magic show for student’s who sold items for the school fundraiser. It was a cute show. On Tuesday, the student’s had Digital Learning Day because it was the primary voting day for the Presidential election, and our schools are polling places. Happy Happy Monday!! We only have ONE Monday left in the school year! How is that even possible?!? Like the norm, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend. Joey got home late Friday night, and we were happy to have him home. Saturday morning, we were up semi early and getting right to work. He began putting my new patio set together. I worked on laundry and vacuuming the car. Then, I pressure washed the patio. **Spring Break Recap ~ The Outerbanks** Part I {4.19.2023}
A couple weeks back was our Spring Break, and we decided to go somewhere different. We chose the Outerbanks because none of us had been there. None of us anticipated the distance to this location. Haha! We started our journey on Friday, after school, about 5:00. We made a pit stop and grabbed Addison some more snacks. LOL We ended up stopping to sleep just north of Charlotte about 11:30 that night. Our room was very nice and cozy. **Weekend Recap** Mother’s Day 2022 {5.9.2022}
Wow, is it Monday already? We had a very busy weekend celebrating all the Moms in our lives. Today, I’m sharing all about our weekend. Friday, at school, we enjoyed a salad bar, with our team, for lunch. It was the best thing, and I wish we had been doing it all year. I went out to recess Friday afternoon to talk with some teachers, and the sky was looking very uneasy. About 15 minutes after this picture was taken, some very strong wind and very hard rain came blowing in. Luckily, we were back inside.
