** Fourth of July Trip Recap I** {7.14.2021}

Hey Hey Everybody! How are you all doing on this hump day? 

Today, I’m sharing about our beach vacation to the Gulf coast. We left out early on July 2nd. Made a pit stop for breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Do you all have Cracker Barrel’s where you live? We typically stop there for breakfast when we go on trip because they have large spaces for our camper to park. 

We ended up reserving a spot at Pine Glen RV Park in Panama City Beach. We had never been there before, and we were a little hesitant. However, we had an awesome site! So much room! There was a nice, large field across from our site, so Addison ran around over there and played soccer. 

We set up camp, did a little bike ride around the park, then headed to grab dinner at Bayou on the Beach. It was so good! It was probably our favorite dinner spot the whole trip. 

We left dinner and made a quick beach walk before heading back to the camper to settle in for the night. Happy Girl!

We got up early and headed to the beach. I started “Golden Girl“.

We stayed and played for a while. It was the best day! We got extra crispy and headed back to get cleaned up and ready for dinner at Dat Cajun Place.

Addison has begged and begged to go ride go-carts. While we were at dinner, it came a quick rain shower. We went ahead and drove to the Fun Center. They said the go-carts were still being dried off, so we played in the Arcade for a while hoping they would dry quickly before our coins ran out. lol 

Here they are, all buckled and ready for speed! 

We got back to the campground and walked around the lakes for a bit and did some exploring. Then we settled in for some reading time. 

Sunday, the Fourth of July, we woke up to cloudy skies. 

We headed to the beach for a little while. We wanted to eat on the beach, so we tried out Runaway Island. I got the grouper, and it was delicious! We had a great view! 

We finished and got back to the campground for another bike ride and a little swinging. We watched the fireworks from camp and headed to bed.
