**Hello Monday** {9.26.2022}

Happy Monday!! I’m back!! We had such an amazing week off, and I can’t wait to share it all with you. But, for now, I’m just sharing our fun-filled weekend. 

I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

Joey & I got home from our vacation on Thursday around 10:30 at night. Friday morning, we went to pick up Addison, and we were so happy to see her! 

Friday, I had about a million loads of laundry to do. I cleaned the house and unpacked and put away everything. Joey worked outside in the yard, and I worked in the flower beds pulling weeds and blowing off the driveway, porches and sidewalks. 

Friday night, we picked up CFA and had an outside picnic. Addison even got a little jumping in. It was a wonderful evening. 

This weekend was Riverfest in our town. This is to raise money for children in our county. We always have the best time! Aunt Dot met up with me & Mom. They were twinning. 

Addison sweet talked Mom into an icee right off the bat. 

We also met up with Adalynn, Cindy, and Penny. The girls enjoyed the kids area. They loved the bungee jump. 

The petting zoo was also a fan favorite. 

As well as the train. It’s a tradition. 

We had a great time, as always, and loved seeing everyone and supporting the children in our community. 

Saturday evening, we went to grab a bit to eat and watched Marmaduke on Netflix. I mostly just read but enjoyed the company snuggled on the couch. 

Sunday morning, we were up and ready to head to church. 

Originally, we had planned to go to the Apple Orchard after church. However, plans changed when it decided to rain. Boooo! 

We enjoyed a little time playing outside and Addison even grabbed a few Muscadines. 

Last night we went to eat with my parents. Mom cooked. Addison enjoyed playing with Polly Pocket after dinner. I remember playing with this when I was little. It’s changed a lot since then. 😉
