**Hello Monday** {7.24.2023}

Well friends, I am officially back at school today. We have 6 days of pre planning, and then the kids start August 1st. I always say it, but Summer really flew by! Addison is staying with my parents, so she’s still having a blast on summer time. 

Today, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

Friday morning, I had to go get bloodwork for my physical. Mom went with me, so she could occupy Addison. 

After leaving, we headed to look for Addison some new shoes for school. We liked the black ones and teal ones. 

We were all starving… I had fasted, so we headed to grab some nachos at La Catrina. Mom & I had a delicious drink to round out my last weekday of Summer break. 

Friday night, Penny watched Addison. We had a date night and went to watch the new-ish movie “Sounds of Freedom”. It was very sad. I cried multiple times, but it was also really good. 

Adalynn ended up spending the night with us. The girls were wound up when we got home. 

Emma was still staying at our house because they still didn’t have power. She was being so sweet and coloring with the girls after she got off work. 

The girls were up early and ready for some breakfast. 

After Adalynn left, we headed to meet up with Shannon and her little family at the dance studio. It was open house, and they got to get new dance wear too! 

They also had King of Pops, so the kiddos were super excited! 

Saturday night, we couldn’t figure out where we wanted to eat. We ended up at Chili’s. We haven’t eaten there in a long time. 

We went to church after dinner. 

Sunday morning, we were up early and getting ready for Church. 

After service, we got home, ate some lunch, and I tried to have a lazy afternoon. Addison cleaned the dirt and leaves off the trampoline.
