**Hello Monday** {10.9.2023}

Hello Monday! How are ya’ll doing today? Students are off today, so I’m just working and doing some meetings with my teacher friends.

Today, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

On Friday, we had our first quarter Tribal Celebration. I was so proud because Addison was chosen as the Braves of the Class for her class.

I also snapped a pic of her and her cousin, Blaine, who was also the Braves for his class. So fun!

Friday, I was exhausted. After Joey being gone all week and a week of testing and lots of meetings, I was a walking zombie.

Joey’s Dad picked up Addison to spend the night. We went to grab a quick bite of BBQ with Brunswick Stew. Once we were back home, Joey built a fire and we had some relaxing time. It’s definitely starting to feel like Fall.

Saturday morning, Christy sent me a picture of these cuties. They were headed to Michael’s work for Family day. They were excited!

Meanwhile, Joey and I worked around the house. Then I headed to Home Depot to grab some more mums.

Joey found out Friday, he got concert tickets from his work in the suite seats to Old Dominion, Tyler Hubbard and Kylie Morgan. We had four tickets and tried to ask many people to go with us but everyone was busy. So, we decided to take Addison and just plan on leaving when she was ready. A quick pic in her concert attire.

We left a little early because Joey had to make a run by REI to grab a few things.

I snapped a pic of the drive down. Joey giving me the side eye. Ha!

Then we arrived to State Farm Arena. Atlanta United Soccer was playing right next door at Mercedes Benz stadium.

Finally time to go in and head upstairs.

The suite area was really nice and even provided a buffet of different foods and sweets. Plus beverages, beer, and wine were also included. We were happy with all the food and hospitality. Haha!

Then we headed to our seats which were a lot like loungers. This is definitely the way to see a show.

Kylie Morgan opened up. I don’t really know her, but she did good.

Tyler Hubbard came on, and we really enjoyed him and his music. If you’re not sure, he is one of the guys from Florida Georgia Line.

A pic and another cookie before Old Dominion.

Old Dominion was great! They put on a fun show! I’m surprised Addison made it as long as she did, but we ended up leaving about 10:30 to head home. We were home about 11:30 and very much ready for bed.

We slept in, well sort of…. It doesn’t usually work out especially when Addison comes to stand beside me at 8:00 and just stare at me. Scares me to death!

We got up slowly, ate some breakfast, and did a few things around the house. It was a cool 48 degrees when we got up and the temps were slowly rising.

We decided to head to the park to ride bikes around lunchtime. We took a picnic lunch and stopped to grab some donuts to take. What a beautiful day!

They just finished a new playground area on one side of the park, so we stayed over there for a little bit before headed back toward the truck, on our bikes.

We had to stop by Publix and grab a few things for the week. Once we were home, Addison wanted to get right to work on her Halloween Haunted house.

Here are some more pictures that Mom has shared with me. They are in Utah now and been traveling through Red Rocks.

I hope you guys have a great start to your week! Can’t wait to read about your weekends! See you back on Wednesday!
