**Hello Monday** {5.12.2025}

Hey Hey Monday!! Here we are again, but it’s all good because the students only have 10 school days left. I can’t believe it!

Like the norm, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

Friday, Addison’s teacher messaged me that they were going to release their butterflies and asked if I wanted to join. Of course!

Friday night, I made a grocery store run, Joey cut grass, and then we grilled out. It was a nice, relaxing night.

Saturday morning was yucky weather. Joey and my Dad had offered us a shopping and lunch day. So, we headed out about 9:30.

Of course, Miss Priss also found some things on the trip.

We grabbed some Varsity for a little mid-day snack.

Sunday, we had a slow morning. I sat for a bit while reading and sipping my coffee.

Joey had made brunch reservations for Mother’s day.

Thankfully, the rain had stopped.

We snapped some pictures.

Even though it is in a neighboring city, none of us had ever eaten there.

The meal was very nice, and we enjoyed it.

Another pic of my girl.

After leaving, Joey just went driving. We ended up in Ellijay at one of the apple orchards. We got homemade strawberry ice cream. Addison got a fried chocolate pie.

We dropped Dad & Mom off at home. Mom opened her gifts.

After leaving there, we headed by home for a bit to let the dog out and rest for a few minutes.

Then we headed up to Penny’s house to celebrate her. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any pictures. We had a nice visit, and the girls enjoyed some time playing, of course.

We got home about 7:30 and started throwing things together for another week.

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend!
