**Hello Monday** {1.10.2022}

Hey Hey Everybody! We are already back to a Monday. The weekends always fly by. 

I’m sharing what little we were up to this weekend. 

It started out pretty awesome because I felt like I needed some chocolate cookies in my life. 

It was really cold Friday night, so Joey built a fire. It was a game night kind of night. We played some Hungry, Hungry Hippo and Zingo. Zingo is always my gift to recommend to any toddler between the ages of 3 & 5. So fun and a great way for students to learn. 

After some game time, we finally watched Encanto. It was so good! Have you guys watched it yet? 

Saturday morning, Addison was awake around 6:30, so no sleeping in around here. The morning was filled with the usual laundry, organizing and cleaning. 

 I also made some Almond Flour Sausage Balls for breakfast for the week. 

After we finished working around the house, we headed to Woodstock to do some shopping, made a Home Depot run, then a Costco run. I found this picture on my phone. Apparently, she took about 50 pictures while I was fixing her hair. Do you find random selfies on your phone? Ha! I love when I do. 

Saturday night, I told Joey I wanted some seafood. We headed north to Local Catch. It was delicious, like usual. Joey and I both got the Shrimp & Fish Combo. Addison got Chicken Strips. 

We had a bunch of tickle time that night with lots of giggles. We worked on some sight word reading. We tried to stay awake to watch another movie together, but none of us made it past 9:30. 

Sunday morning, we were still up around 7. But, we had a lazy morning. It was a chilly, rainy day. We did some playing and put a puzzle together, or should I say I put it together. Addison didn’t last too long on it. 

Yesterday afternoon, I caught up on a bunch of reading, worked on some blog posts, and got things ready for the week. Addison watched a couple movies on Disney +, and Joey napped.
