**Hello Monday** {5.6.2024}

Happy Happy Monday! We are extra happy because after today, we only have 2 more Mondays left in the school year. It’s crazy!

Like the norm, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

Friday, we had a low key night. We ate dinner and played outside. Joey worked on pressure washing our back patio. We released our butterflies.

Saturday morning, we woke up pretty early. We were scheduled to have our last soccer game “rain or shine”. However, it started lightning/thundering, so the game was called.

We ended up doing normal cleaning. Joey shampooed the carpet on the main level and our living room rug.

After cleaning, we headed out toward Costco. We ended up stopping by Nothing Bundt Cakes to get Addison’s teacher a cake for Teacher Appreciation week.

I’ve been waiting for these big planters to come back in stock at Costco. So, we grabbed one of these for the patio. And, almost $300 later, we were leaving Costco and going back home. Oh the joys of grocery shopping.

On the way out, we saw this CFA delivery robot, and we were all cracking up. Do ya’ll have these where you live? I’m seriously curious, how do they know to stop and wait at traffic lights and to not run in front of traffic.

Mom & Dad asked for Addison to spend the night on Saturday. So, we had an unexpected little date night. We went to RCB and love the atmosphere.

After dinner, we enjoyed a nice walk around our downtown square. The weather was nice.

Sunday morning, Joey got up extra early to go run with Colin. I had a lazy morning and enjoyed my coffee outdoor.

Joey mentioned to Colin that we might go to pick strawberries, so they wanted to join. However, they had a party later in the day, so they had to go early-ish. We got ready, went to pick up Addison, and headed to meet Colin, Whitley, and the kiddos for lunch. We forgot it was Cinco de Mayo.

After lunch, off to the fields we went. We wore our boots because we were afraid it might be muddy.

We were excited that there were still a lot of berries! The kids ate about as many as they picked. Ha!

Blaine in the background was cracking me up!

We had such a fun time!

And, we had to grab ice cream as we left.

The Wayfair Way Day sale is happening now! If you’re in the market for anything, go look! It ends soon!

Here is our outside table. Ours is in the gray.

That’s it for our weekend! What all were you up to? I hope you have a great week!
