Happy Friday!!!! Wow! What a week! I can’t believe school is about to start on Monday. Happy Monday!! By the time you’re reading this, I’m probably back in my classroom trying to get it ready for students. We had a good weekend but it was full of hard work- at least for Joey and the other guys. *********************************************** Last Thursday, my bestie, Caroline came up to stay for a little reprieve. So, our official first day back to school is Monday, but we always have a ton to do during Pre-Planning. **Stuffed Bell Peppers** {7.22.2020}
So, I had the best of intentions to get a blog post completed for today. However, life happened, and it just didn’t get done…. So, today is going to be extra short and sweet. I’m sharing a recipe that I made a couple weeks ago. They were perfect for a summer night! We even used some peppers from the stores and some from our garden. Stuffed Bell Peppers I used this recipe from Pinterest. I ended up buying 2 orange and 2 bell peppers at the grocery store. Then, using 1 green pepper and 1 purple pepper from our garden. Hello Everybody!! We had a great, pretty low-key weekend around here! It was definitely HOT!! Friday, Addison stayed with my Mother n’ law, Penny, while I went and got my hair done and ran some errands. My earrings are from last year, and I can’t locate a link to my exact ones. They were from Amazon. These are very similar. 4 pack and a great price at under $15!! I got home and did a little bit of studying… I will be SOOO glad when my test is over! **4th of July Trip Recap** Part II {7.15.2020}
It’s been a little while, but over the fourth of July weekend, we went on a short little beach vacay. We had the best time! If you missed part one, read all about it here. Today, I’m picking right back up where we left off. On Sunday, due to the predicted rain, we headed to Gulf World. We saw the Sea Lion show. We checked out some really big sea turtles and sharks.
