Happy Monday!! How is everyone? We had beautiful weather this weekend and enjoyed some time outside. I am thankful that we are back teaching face-to-face today. I sure have missed seeing all my beautiful students faces. Cindy, my sister n’ law had Addison come over and play for a little while on Friday. She sent me this sweet picture. Hey guys… How is everyone? Today, I’m sharing my coconut cake recipe that I made last week for Joey’s birthday. It is so good! It’s even better if you can make it a few days ahead and all the creaminess gets in the cake. Happy Monday!! We are out of school today, so we are just hanging low at the house. Addison developed a high fever Friday night, so our weekend plans got altered a little. It’s alright though, we were able to get lots of snuggles and rest time. Friday night, we had a date night planned. My parents were watching Addison and all was well until we got a call later that she had a 101 fever. 🙁 Here we are cruising towards dinner. So happy to celebrate him! He deserves it all! Happy Friday!! Well, I made it through the first full week back at Remote learning, and I’m still alive. Ha! It actually was a lot smoother than when we did it last Spring. I think it’s because the teachers are actually in the building, so we have our resources, etc.. and the students/parents are familiar with how to do everything now. Happy Monday, everybody! I hope everyone had a great weekend. It was very chilly and windy here. Today, I’m sharing what all we did, or didn’t, do this weekend. 😉 Friday night was pizza night and board game fun! Saturday afternoon was filled with running errands and getting Starbucks. The family that drinks “coffee” together, stays together. The sun’s rays were really pretty coming through the clouds. A little dance break in Academy. A little queso/salsa stop. Sunday morning we had some special Hot Chocolate. Complete with marshmallows and whipped cream. We played/built with our magnets.
