Oooh… I LOVE a good Bucket List. And with how this year is going, I definitely need some joy in my life and something to look forward to. I love perusing Fall things on Pinterest. Here’s my All Things Fall board on Pinterest.
#1 Pumpkin Patch
We have a lot of pumpkin patches around where we live. We always enjoy doing everything there, including the hay ride, picking out pumpkins, playing games, and the petting zoo. We also enjoy getting some sweets while we are there. 🙂 Here’s a throwback to last year.
#2 Go to the Fair
We had the best time, last year, at the nearby fair. We loved seeing all the people, and Addison loved all the rides. We also indulged in great, heart healthy, fair food! Ha!
I haven’t heard if the fair will be open this year. I really hope so. Here’s some pics from last year.
#3 Carve/Paint Pumpkins
We usually go to Joey’s Dads to paint and carve pumpkins. Typically, the littles paint and the big kids carve. We have the best time with lots of gooey fun!
#4 Decorate
Something about a house full of pumpkins makes me so happy. Something that can really help my mood is to burn a Fall scented candle. My favorite is the Capri Blue Spiced Ciderfrom Anthropolgie. I love that scent and get so excited when it comes out in the Fall.
I ordered this banner too, to hang on my fireplace. So cute!
#4 Fall To-Do List
#5 Fall Hallmark Movie List
In between Summer movies and Christmas movies, there is a short period of time where Hallmark shows Fall movies. They, of course, are just genuine, family friendly, feel-good movies. They bring me such joy!
#6 Make some soups in the Crockpot
There’s not a lot better than making Chili or Chicken Tortilla soup in the crockpot. Add some cheese with some sour cream, even make a grilled cheese on the side. It’s the perfect accompaniment. I can’t wait!

That’s it for today. Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed my list and maybe was able to use some of the ideas for your own list. See you back on Friday. 🙂
All of our local fairs were shut down (waay back in the spring) but we’re making the most of our beautiful weather with lots of hikes and trips to the orchard.

Yes! We can definitely attempt to make it as “normal” as possible. 🙂
