Hello Friends!! It’s already Wednesday or maybe I should say it’s just Wednesday! Haha!
Today I’m sharing a recap of our Easter weekend. This was the beginning weekend of our Spring Break.
Friday night, Addison made a Costco trip. Thankfully it wasn’t terribly busy.
Saturday, we had packing to do, and I prepped a bunch of Easter food for the following day.
We went by Mom & Dad’s house, and they went ahead and gave Addison her Easter basket.
That Saturday night we went out to eat for Mom’s Birthday, and I just realized, I didn’t take any pictures. Blogger fail.
Sunday morning, we were up bright, er dark, and early. Addison was so excited to get up and see what the Easter bunny brought.
Milo wanted to get in on the fun too. As you can see, it’s still dark outside. I was already ready for a nap.
But no time for napping because we were hitting the ground running as we talked about what Easter truly is all about.
I finished making all my food for the day, and we headed to my Papa’s house first.
After eating lots of yummy food, we headed out for the egg hunt.
We only had three people hunting.
I was able to snag a family pic.
Then we headed over to Penny’s house for the girls to do Easter treats.
Lastly, we went to Joey’s Granny’s house. The temperature had dropped through the day, and it had become chilly and windy.
The girls had one more egg hunt.
This sweet memory popped up on my social media. This was when sweet friends came by to give Addison lots of hugs when she broke her leg. At this point, she was just in her brace. They were so sweet! I can’t believe it’s been 4 years!
