Friday Favorites

**Friday Favorites** {5.29.2026}

Wow! We have made it to the first Friday of Summer Break! I’ve only been off two days, and we have already kept it extra busy!

Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.

I’m starting my favorites all the way back to last Friday which was Addison’s last day of 3rd grade!

She’s grown! And she’s in this stage where she doesn’t want to smile and show her teeth. She just wants to purse her lips, and it drives me batty!

Friday morning, the 5th graders had their Awards, and I cheered on some sweet girls that I’m very much going to miss!

I’m also going to miss the Retirees!

And then 2:30 came, and we waved off the buses.

After school, Addi and I hit up Target and then we stopped for some celebratory Frozen yogurt on the way home!

Saturday, I met Caroline & Britney for lunch! I forgot to document any of our time together, but I did snap some pics of these flags all lined up for Memorial Day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and had so many laughs!

I didn’t document any more of our weekend. It was mostly rainy, so we just kindof laid around.

After I said goodbye to all my colleagues on Wednesday, I had an appointment at the Beauty Barn!

And then yesterday morning, I enjoyed some quiet time before starting the day.

We ran some errands which included a trip to Hobby Lobby!

Addison had a dentist appointment.

She got a great report!

So we went to get a treat!

I snapped some pics of my OOTD.

JCrew Striped Beach Sweater– it’s a thin sweater, and it comes in many colors!

I paired it with my new Quince High Waisted European Linen Shorts. – in Navy.

Miami 2 strap Croc Sandals

On Wednesday, I shared my What’s up Wednesday link up!

And that’s a wrap on our week! I have a hair appointment today, and then we are planning to go camping this weekend!

We are really hoping the weather calms down on the rain.

I hope you guys have a good one!

  1. That tiny door at the dentist is SO FUN! My kids would want to go in and out as much as possible!

    1. Ha! I know… she always wants to see if she can still fit through it.
