It’s the last Wednesday of the month. On this day, I link up with Mix and Match Mama and Sheaffer. I will share a little bit of everything that’s been going on with us right now.
1. What We Are Eating This Week:
So, since this week is Thanksgiving, I’m off week, and we leave for vacation on Wednesday, there’s been a whole lot of easy meals and leftovers.
Sunday: Leftovers- Pork chops (Baked with Ritz crackers), peas n’ snaps, rice
Monday: Leftovers- Chicken Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, fried okra, mac n’ cheese
Tuesday: We are eating Thanksgiving at my Aunt Dot’s with my Papa and cousins
Wednesday- Saturday: Out of town
2. What I’m Reminiscing About:
This memory popped up this week from our newborn photo shoot. Look how tiny she was. So sweet. 🙂
3. What I’m Loving:
I’m loving being home this week with my family. I absolutely love family time. I always say I’d love to be a stay at home mom, but I have to be honest with myself. I’d be bored. I’d want to do things and shop. We’d be broke. Haha!

I’m also loving watching all the Hallmark Christmas movies and decorating our home.
4. What We’ve Been Up To:
We have been very busy around here. Joey went out of town a few weeks ago. We have been dancing a lot and preparing for the Christmas recital.
I’m loving this cute felt Christmas tree. Addison loves it too. She’s able to take off and put on the ornaments very easily.
I grabbed this picture of Addison napping. Sweetheart, Mommy and Daddy love you so. Always be kind and you’ll do great things.

Here’s Addison at breakfast one morning, her favorite meal. And a lot of the time her only “real” meal. I feel like she just snacks the rest of the day. #anyoneelse #pickyeater
We had Santa pictures on Monday. They were definitely a success compared to last year. Last year she wouldn’t even sit in his lap. I can’t wait to see them. Eeeek ! 😉
Earlier this month, we celebrated Addison’s 3rd farm birthday party! We had a blast!!
This month, we also went to the American Girl store and bistro to celebrate her birthday!
We went yesterday to see Frozen II. It was soooo good! It had adventure, love, sadness… it was just really good. Addison loved it too!! 🙂
5. What I’m Dreading:
I’m not dreading anything really. I did see this meme on Facebook, and it made me laugh out loud, because it’s true. I love the holidays and family time, but they do stress me out. #likealot
6. What I’m Working On:
I’ve been working on cleaning, shopping, Christmas decorating, and packing. 😉

7. What I’m Excited About:
I am excited about going on a little getaway with my family.
I’m excited about Addison’s Christmas dance Recital.
I’m very excited about all the holiday events that are about to begin.
(Think… Christmas lights, Christmas jammies, Hot Cocoa, Christmas movies, and lots more….)
8. What I’m Watching/Reading:
I have been very faithful with watching my only two shows.

I finished Before We Were Yours. It was Amazing!! I couldn’t put it down. I would definitely recommend.
I’m currently reading Winter Garden. It’s good, but it’s a little slow right now. I’m reading it on the kindle, so that makes it a little harder for me to physically, quickly see my progress. I love Kristin Hannah, so I’m sure I’ll love this… I’ve just got to keep going.
I have this book, A Very Nantucket Christmas, on my shelf to read next, which is actually two books in one. I’m hoping to get to it this week while on vacay. I love me some Christmas books. I love Nancy Thayer Christmas books. They take place on my favorite little island, Nantucket.
9. What I’m Listening To:
I’ve had Pandora on Mariah Carey Holiday radio station and Michael Buble Christmas channel playing mostly non-stop. If that’s not playing, then Hallmark is playing in the background.

10. What I’m Wearing:
I’ve been wearing these shoes a lot. They’re just so comfy. I wear them all day at school, on my feet, and they don’t hurt. I’m thinking about investing in a black pair.
I haven’t ordered myself a lot lately, mostly just Addison. I did order this sweater for myself, from Amazon, to wear on my trip this weekend to keep me cozy and warm. It has mixed reviews about sizing up or going with your usual size. I got my usual size and am happy with it. For a looser fit, you may want to order up a size.
11. What I’m Doing This Weekend:
We will be spending time together on a little getaway with family. We are going to a Christmas show and going shopping. I can’t wait! I will also be doing some a lot of Black Friday shopping online.
So, because of that, I’m taking off Friday. I will see you back here next week! I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and get some amazing deals if you’re going shopping! 😉
