**Let’s Look At… How I Organize My Closet** {9.14.2022}

Hey, Hey Wednesday!! How’s everyone today? I cannot believe it’s already time for another Let’s Look Linkup. I am very excited to be linking up with Shay from MixandMatchMama and Erika from ALittleBitofEverything and talking about how I Organize My Closet. And I can’t wait to read how you guys organize.

Organizing the closet is a little bit of a struggle around here, but we try to keep it as organized as possible even being so busy. It helps make everything run smoothly.

I’m just showing different sections of my closet and explaining how I organize each part. Most of my closet has built ins, but I also have one wall that has wire shelving.

When you first walk in, I have these three drawers. They house my underwear, bras, undershirts and pajamas.

To the right of those drawers I have a long cabinet. In the top section, I keep my summery/short sleeved tops. The bottom cabinet houses my capris and skirts.

To the right of that cabinet is a long bar that I hang my pants and long Maxi dresses on. Above that, I keep my workout clothes, sweatshirts, leggings, joggers, and anything like that.

On the end wall, I hang up my long tanks, scarves and some crossbody bags on this little wire rack.

Going on around the closet, on this wall, I keep sweaters, long sleeve tops on the bottom, and some shorter dresses.

On the back of the door, I hang up my robes and hair towels/shower cap. As well as more scarves. Do you guys use a shower cap? I have been for years, and it’s so great for keeping my hair dry when I don’t want to wash it.

As for my shoes, I just shove them where I can. I have a lot. Joey loves me for this. LOL 😉

As for my jewelry, I have my earrings on this stand. It’s great for organizing and holds lots of pairs. I keep some of my favorite rings and bracelets in this little wooden bowl.

I have a large jewelry armoire to hang up my necklaces and for other jewelry.

That’s it for my closet organization system. It’s not real exciting, but it works, most of the time, for us! 🙂

If you missed it, here are the topics for the year. Next month’s topic… How I Select Halloween Costumes.
