**Hello Monday** {5.20.2024}

Hey Friends!! We have 5 more school days with students. I cannot believe where the year has gone, but we are all done and ready. 

Like the norm, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

We kicked off Friday morning with our high school’s senior walk. It is always so touching and one of my favorite things. 

We had other plans for the weekend. We had planned to go camping. However, Joey’s first cousin’s wife passed away tragically in an unexpected accident. So, a lot of our weekend was spent with family and at the funeral home. 

Friday night, we spent time at the funeral home. We wanted to be there for Tony and their 3 children. 

Saturday, Adalynn had her dance recital. She did a great job with her hip hop dance. 

 

Saturday night, we took Mom out for Mother’s day. She requested pizza, so we went with it. Addison wasn’t mad about garlic rolls, pizza, and Italian ice. 

Sunday morning, Joey went for an early run with Colin. Then, we had an easy morning. We dropped Addison off with Penny around lunch and headed to the funeral home then the funeral after. I’m very thankful for this man. He’s so good to me, and I don’t tell him enough. 

We got in late last night and had to rush and do all the things to prepare for the last week of school. I’m probably going to take Wednesday off from blog world. It will just depend how the week goes. I love you all and this community. Have a great week friends!
