Friday Favorites- *Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019 Preview*
It’s the Most Wonderful (Shopping) Time of the Year….. Today, at 12 , begins the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for Cardholders #getyouone I’ll be sharing some of my favorite finds, so far. You can shop for brand, new, fall items that are discounted NOW!
We have had a kind of slow, easy-going week. We started off our Monday with swim lessons. Monday went well. Addison liked kicking and making her swimmy lips.
Tuesday was my birthday, so after swim lessons (which didn’t go quite as well), my Mom and Addison took me out to lunch and to shop a little bit. I got some cute tops at Dress Up.
That night, Joey’s mom watched Addison, and he took me out to eat Italian at Tuscany. He doesn’t care for Italian, so because he took me there was very sweet. I got a delicious chicken dish. #givemeallthecarbs
Early morning cartoons and snuggles are the best before more swimming….
Today begins the day many of us have been looking forward to all year. Today, Nordstrom cardholders are able to begin shopping their Anniversary sale. It is so worth it to get a card in order to shop early. You get to shop a whole week before everyone else. They feature all the upcoming fall/winter items at great prices!! These things won’t last long! All the prices go back up August 5th, so you have to shop fast.
I always love to stock up on denim, shoes, sweaters, bras, undies… too much to list.
Do Not Wait….. I Repeat, Do Not Wait!! Grab a drink… iced tea/margarita, whatever is your fancy, and get shopping! Staying hydrated is important.
These jeans are tried and true. I always have 3 or more pairs on rotation each year. They have Ab-solution technology which squeezes you in and lifts you up in all the right places. I always size down at least one size in these. I’m also loving the whiskered detailing. I can’t wait to try these!
I’m always looking for some dressier pants to wear to school for teaching since we can’t wear jeans everyday… (eyeball roll… ha!) These are also Wit & Wisdom and have the Ab-solution technology. #signmeup
They look super classy. I usually wear Loft Marisa pants but am excited to give these a try!
I also always like to stock up on some bras and undies. I bought a Natori bra and some underwear during the sale a couple years ago. Now, every year, I make sure to buy at least 1 or 2. #itssuchagooddeal
The undies are also super soft and comfortable. I love the lace detail. I would suggest buying more than one pair. #trustme #thatgood #youllthankmelater
This bra comes in different colors. It comes in a really pale pink color that will probably jump in my cart. #imlookingatyou
The absolute, best strapless bra is included in the sale. It’s regular $68 on sale for $45. I’ve had this bra for probably three years. I reach for it even when I don’t need a strapless bra. #itsthatgood
It doesn’t cut into you or ride down as you’re wearing it. It comes with straps, if you choose to wear with straps. But you won’t. #socomfy
Another item I absolutely love and the best time to buy it is during the Anniversary sale is the Blardigan… It’s a Cardigan that feels like a blanket. It’s categorized under sleepwear, but I wear mine outside of the house, all the time. #amazing #sosoft
It’s typically over $100 and during the sale, ranging from $76- $80. I like to buy these as gifts for friends, parents, siblings, moms to be…. Everyone will thank you!
The Baby Blardigan (circle), in the rust color, is my favorite, but I’m also digging this Olive colored one. #imayhavetogetboth #toomanydecisions
