**Weekend Recap** {7.20.2020}
Hello Everybody!! We had a great, pretty low-key weekend around here! It was definitely HOT!!
Friday, Addison stayed with my Mother n’ law, Penny, while I went and got my hair done and ran some errands.
My earrings are from last year, and I can’t locate a link to my exact ones. They were from Amazon. These are very similar. 4 pack and a great price at under $15!!
I got home and did a little bit of studying… I will be SOOO glad when my test is over! It’s Tuesday, so let’s hope I pass. Eeek!
Blue Light glasses have been a must with all this computer work lately. I’ll be taking them with me to take the test too!
Saturday, we finally had Addison’s recital. It was rescheduled to this date from May. Of course, it was very different. We weren’t allowed to go in with her. She was dropped off at the door. Her temperature was taken. She went in, did her dance, and about 15 minutes later, came back out.
I appreciate them being extra cautious and still doing it! We would have been really bummed if it was cancelled all together.

Sunday, I did a little garden work that needed to be done. I also did a little bit of laundry. We try not to do a lot of work on Sunday. It’s our day of rest.
2020 has been one crazy year! What I am forever thankful for is the gift of time! I have been blessed to be home since March 13th. I am enjoying being home together. Life was so rushed before, and it’s been nice to slow things down and be more present. I hope to always remember that. Especially, as I start back to school in just a short week.
Last night, we grilled out some steak and veggies. It was a great day to just chill out.
