**Weekend Recap** Girls Trip Asheville 2020
Hello Thanksgiving Break…. It was so wonderful to not have to set my alarm and to not have that Sunday night dread….. Do you all get excited too?
I left right after school on Friday, with 4 of my besties, for a much needed girls getaway. #ashevilleherewecome
We got there late Friday night and the resort was beautiful!
We pretty much just ate and went to bed.
The next morning, we slowly got up and got ready. We drove to the downtown area and had breakfast, which was so late, it was pretty much brunch. Haha!
Then, we moseyed over to here, where we had reservations.
It was very relaxing.
After we finished, we walked around for a bit and then headed back to the resort. The day was beautiful!
We sat down in the lobby, people watched and ordered a little snack. This pretzel bread was just life! The butter and beer cheese was definitely added to my last meal list. 😉
The outside terrace had a gorgeous view!

We went back to the room, got ready and made our way to our dinner reservations. Another amazing meal!!! #blackbird #cheers
We walked around afterwards, and this cute, little bus deserved a photo.
We went back to the resort and just enjoyed lots of laughs and the view.

The next morning, we were up bright and early, packed and headed to breakfast at Tupelo Honey. It was so amazing!! The potatoes and grits were top notch!!
We had the best trip! It’s so wonderful to just get away and enjoy friends every now and then. I sure do miss them! 🙂 I also want to thank all of our husbands for holding down the fort and watching our children, so we could have this time!
