**Hello Monday** {8.2.2021} Back to School

Can you guys believe it’s already August? Today is our 1st day of school. I’m back doing early morning drop-offs and hurrying to make it to school in time for my 7:00 morning duty. Wish me luck I get it all accomplished without any tears. 

We had a fun weekend. Had to grab some things at the store Friday night and grabbed some dinner through the drive-thru. It was my kindof night because I was in the bed by 9:30. 

We had an early morning wake-up to go play soccer! Here’s Addison and her favorite coach. 

Our little number 4 did awesome for her first time! It was so hot and humid even at 9:00 in the morning. I literally had sweat pouring down my face. 

The word for the game was “Respect”. They all were just so cute and funny! Loved every minute of it! 

We got home from the game, I did some cleaning, then Addison and I put some puzzles together. 

We had to make a Costco run that evening. We ran by Chili’s on the way, and I had a delicious Quesadilla salad. 

Sunday, we slept in a little. Addison woke me up at 7. Joey wanted to rest. 

Mom and Dad picked me and Addison up in the Jeep, and we headed out for a ride. 

We stopped by Cabela’s and got a few things. Addison always loves going to look at all the animals and fish. 

After that, we took off North to our little Ice Cream Mercantile store. Addison’s ice cream was huge! 

Last night, we read “The Night Before Preschool” to get us ready for the new school year. All of these books are just the cutest to read the night before starting school or another big holiday. 

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now open to everyone!! What have you guys snagged? I grabbed another one of my favorite throws while it’s on sale. We all fight over them, and so I’m trying to make sure we all have one. 😉 They’re also great to give as gifts for the person who has it all or doesn’t and just needs something super soft.

That’s it for our weekend. I’ll be busy herding little cats kids and trying to dry all the tears today. I hope you all have a great start to your week! 🙂
