**Friday Favorites** {10.8.2021}
Happy Friday, October 8th!
Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing all about our favorites from the week.
I’m off today with Addison on a field trip. Yay! Let’s hope for no rain. It’s been raining here all week. I’m over it!
I stopped by our local bookstore and grabbed Nicholas Sparks new book, The Wish. He’s one of my favorite authors. I always buy his books, so I’m excited to dive into this one.
This Chicken Spaghetti casserole was a favorite this week. It was different than our normal. I’ll share the recipe soon.
A pedicure with pretty Fall colors was a favorite.
I spruced up my front porch a little this week. I grabbed some Fall Mums and added a new accent rug from Target. It looks great with my Home Sweet Home Doormat that I already had.
Seeing this sweet girl holding the Bible during chapel was a favorite.
This week, I lost my voice, which was really fun trying to teach with no voice. Hot tea after school was a favorite.
Addison had Halloween dress up one day this week. This headband was her favorite.
Now I’m going to share some of our favorite Halloween/Fall books.
This pop-up book has been around for many years. It has been loved on a lot and is barely hanging on, but Addison always loves the pop up books.
Little Blue Truck’s Halloween is another favorite around our house. It also has pop ups and Addison loves guessing who is hiding behind the costume on each page.
Hello, Fall is a sweet story about the changing season and all the fun that entails. The illustrations in this one are beautiful, and it’s just a sweet little story.
Goodbye Summer, Hello Autumn is a beautiful story about all the things that happen when Summer turns into Autumn. The illustrations in this one are also beautiful!
Another of Addison’s favorites is The Spooky Wheels on the Bus. It follows to the same tune of The Wheels on the Bus. So cute to sing and read along to.
If you missed my post from Wednesday, I shared about our little Fall Break getaway. Read about it here.
That’s it for today… I hope you all have a fun weekend and have some Fall fun planned.
