**Hello Monday** {10.11.2021}
Hey Hey Monday! Today we got to sleep in a few extra minutes because it’s a PD day for me. I don’t have to be there until about 7:30. Yay for a few extra minutes of sleep!
We had a really fun Fall weekend! We crammed so much fun into a small amount of time.
I took off Friday, so I could tag along with Addison on her field trip. It was to a real life working farm, and she learned so many things. It was muddy from all the rain, so the boots came in handy.
Hayrides are the best with friends.
And with your Mama.
Here’s a picture with the three classes from her school.
She enjoyed learning about the animals on the farm and brushing them.
Then they did a directed draw to paint a chicken.
They learned about the rooster and the hens and got to pet the chickens.
We ate lunch, said goodbye to everyone and continued on our day.
Addison and I ran to do a little shopping. Then, we stopped by Trader Joes!
Afterward, we grabbed a milkshake on the drive to meet Joey after work.
We finally made it home and headed out to grab some dinner. My friend, Kathryn, made this shirt for me. But here is one on Amazon that is very similar.
The next morning, we were up fairly early. I cleaned, mopped, did laundry… all the usual. I made an Apple cake and ran to the grocery store. Then, we were off to the pumpkin farm with Joey’s family. The younger girls were ready.
They loved the slides.
They enjoyed and got so dirty on the jumping pillow.
Played in the rocks.
They fed the goats. At one point, one of them grabbed the cup out of Addison’s hands. We were cracking up trying to get it back from it.
We rode on the hayride. It took us down in the pasture.
My pumpkin shirt is from Amazon.
We took a short water break then headed to the corn pit. The corn pit was a favorite.
It was a beautiful day!
They played on a few more things, then we headed back toward our town. We were meeting Nathan & Autumn for dinner that night to celebrate his birthday.
We got back a little early, so we stopped by the Halloween store to see if they had anything we wanted. We left with nothing.
I grabbed these beauties at Trader Joe’s. They make me happy.
Yesterday, we got up and went to church. We got home around 1:30. I folded some laundry then worked on some blog posts while sitting on the porch for a couple hours. The weather was beautiful!
That’s it for today. I have a link up planned for Wednesday. I hope you’re having a great start to your week!

Today’s link up is with the blogs My Glittery Heart, The Sirois Family, and The Other Side of the Road.
