**Friday Favorites** {3.4.2022}

Yay for Friday and an upcoming beautiful weekend!! We are so excited to get outside and get some Vitamin D. 

Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing our favorites from the week.

This week at mine and Addison’s school, we celebrated Read Across America week. We had dress up days every day. I didn’t participate every day, but I had Addison. 

Monday, she had a stomach ache, and was not feeling the picture. Ha! 

It was silly sock day. 

Tuesday was crazy hair and mustache day. I started out with a cup in her hair, and it was doing okay, but a few minutes in, and it was falling. #sigh

So, I pulled it down very quickly and tried to think of something else. Addison says “Mom, are you not going to do crazy hair”? Ugh! I’m trying Miss Priss. I ended up just doing some braids and twisting it around her head. 

She was ready for crazy hair and mustache day. I guess. Ha! 

Wednesday was dress like the Cat in the Hat. 

Thursday was dress as Thing 1 and Thing 2. I ended up dressing up as the Cat in the Hat for Tacky Day at my school. 

I grabbed a nutritional tea after school one day, for an extra pick me up. I was able to tackle tutoring and didn’t feel so groggy. 🙂

Joey went and got some mulch this week. We have had beautiful weather. So, we worked on spreading the mulch in our flower beds. Addison was ready. 😉

I have started watching “Inventing Anna” on Netflix. Have you guys watched this? It’s pretty crazy, but I’m liking it so far. 

I’ve been searching for some new bathing suits for the year. With Spring Break’s about to start up, I thought you guys might be interested in some of my finds. 😉  I have found some really cute ones on Amazon. 

Look how cute this blue one is. I love the ruffles on the sleeves!

This bathing suit has been a huge hit on the internet for a couple years! It literally looks good on every body type! I have it, but I know ya’ll don’t want to see my pasty white self in it.

One more funny for you. I share a room with 5 teachers because most of us push into classrooms to work on interventions throughout the day. We all have carts that we roll throughout the building to all of our classes which houses all of our materials and manipulatives. One of my roommates comes rolling in this morning and says “Oh my gosh! I’m missing a wheel! If you happen to see a wheel rolling around the hall, it’s mine!” I died laughing. Just knowing her and her personality, it was hilarious!

    Dr. Seuss day/week was always a favorite when I was teaching in the school system. So much fun, and I am so happy to see you guys celebrated it still. Super cute swimsuit picks!! I just ordered three for myself the other day, and I had the same crocheted cover-up saved that you have here, just in pink. 🙂 Happy weekend, Alison!
