**Friday Favorites** {7.1.2022}
Happy Happy Friday!! How is it already July? The Summer is flying by, and it really needs to hit the breaks. I’m not ready for it to be over!
Like the usual, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing our favorites from the week.
Cousin sleepovers are always a favorite. Addison had a blast staying with Adalynn. The girls were complete with makeup. 😉
We visited with my Papa one day this week. He and Addison enjoyed bouncing the balloon back and forth. Sweetness
I canned dill pickles this week. We have cucumbers coming in out the wazoo. Fun fact you may not know about me…. I don’t like cucumbers or pickles. So, these are not for me to enjoy.
Sleeping in with lots of pillows is always a favorite. I found her all propped up like this, one morning.
We haven’t had rain in weeks… like well over a month. Our grass and garden need it desperately. It started pouring one evening and Joey couldn’t help it, he ran out in it. Addison joined right in. Ha!
Cindy and I took the girls to the INK museum, one day. It was adorable, and they had the best time!
There were different rooms set up and every room had a different theme.
They loved the grocery store and checking each other out.
They entertained us with some music.
Hopped on the motorcycle.
They loved the hair and nail salon. So cute!
They played at the bank.
We also loved and enjoyed the diner. The girls “cooked” and served us meals. So fun!
They hopped on the train.
They checked each other and the babies out in the hospital.
They milked the cow on the farm.
They enjoyed jumping in the police car and fire truck. As long as they’re riding in the front of the police car, not the back. 😉
They put on a puppet show and practiced being on film.
They jumped on a boat. Addison said they had to put on a life jacket. Good job, sweet girl!
They drove the airplane and practiced going through security at the airport.
Addison got more shots while at the dentist.
Then, the cowgirl and pirate put on a short skit.
The last thing they did was take care of some animals at the Vet Clinic.
All in all, it was so much fun! It was great for them! This would be a perfect place to take kids learning about community helpers. We hope to come back soon!
After leaving the museum, the girls were starving! We went to Mellow Mushroom and had so much fun there too! These girls always have the best time together and love each other so much! I’m so glad they have each other! <3
Yesterday, Addison and I ran some errands. Then, we met with some seasoned and retired teachers from my elementary school for lunch. It was so awesome to see everyone and catch up!
