**Friday Favorites** {12.16.2022}
So thankful it’s Friday!! I can’t believe we have another week of school. I don’t know if I’m going to make it.
Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.
Yes! Says every parent and teacher in elementary schools…
Monday, my Mom, Addison, and I went shopping after work to grab some more Christmas gifts! Thankfully, it wasn’t too crowded.
She wanted a picture by the tree. We love a Christmas tree!
Mr. Shawn, from Joey’s work, got Addison a sweet ornament with her name on it. She loved it and was super excited!
Addison had Reindeer PJs and Pancake day this week. I am going to miss these days next year!
Yesterday, she had Ugly Christmas sweater day. We found the sweater on Walmart, and it was perfect.
A. had a great day writing about the Gingerbread girl. 🙂
A little Christmas tea pick me up at school is always a favorite.
I wanted to share with you all some of our favorite Christmas books in hopes that you can add some of these to your reading libraries. A lot of these have coupons to clip right now. 😉
We love the Crayon books, and The Crayons’ Christmas is definitely a favorite! We love all the cute letters, and the fun way it is written. Definitely grab this one!
Jan Brett’s version of The Night Before Christmas is very special! We love all the beautiful illustrations!
This version of The Nutcracker is beautiful!
How to Catch an Elf is always a fun one to read especially when doing the Elf on a Shelf in your home.
Room for a Little One is a sweet Christmas book perfect for the season.
We always love any Pete the Cat book. And Pete the Cat’s 12 Groovy Days of Christmas is definitely a great one!
Everyone needs a copy of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. It’s a staple.
Everyone also must have a copy of The Polar Express. And then watch the movie of course!
We have always loved Curious George. He continues with his mischief in Curious George Curious about Christmas.
Little Blue Truck Christmas is a favorite! We love that it has twinkly lights on the last page!
And then our newest Christmas book for the year, which Addison will be opening on Christmas Eve is 5 More Sleeps til Christmas! I bought another copy to gift for her class book exchange.
On Wednesday, I shared some stocking stuffer ideas. If you’re needing some ideas, check these out here.
That’s all for today! What do ya’ll have going on this weekend? We have a basketball game and another Christmas get together! We will probably be working on some Christmas baking too! I hope ya’ll have a fabulous Christmas filled weekend!

So many great Christmas books! Hang in there only one more week of school. I’m counting down the hours myself.
