**Hello Monday & Easter Weekend!** {4.10.2023}

Well, our Spring Break week flew by as usual. And now we are on the countdown to Summer break! 😉 

Like the usual, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

Addison and I got home late Thursday night, we unpacked and were in bed pretty early. We were exhausted! I will share our trip recap on another post. 

Friday morning, we were up early. Joey was off work for Good Friday, and Michael came over to help get started on the outdoor patio. They made a lot of great progress! 

My Dad came over to help supervise and hand them a board or two. He can’t help a lot because of his back. 

Meanwhile, Addison and I had to run to the store and run some errands. We found my Mom this adorable luggage set at TJ Maxx for her birthday. 

Friday night, we went out to eat Mexican to celebrate Mom’s birthday. 

And, we came back to our house to enjoy presents and some cookie cake. 🙂

Saturday, we woke up to yucky, cold weather. We had to run to Costco and Lowe’s. Lowe’s was so cute. They had set up a little Easter Egg scavenger hunt through the store. Addison loved it! 

Saturday afternoon, I worked on making one of my cakes for Easter, and Addison started dyeing her eggs. 

Saturday night, we went to eat Buffalo’s and Addison had to have a picture, with her Daddy, by the Eagle. Joey was feeling a little achy, probably from working overload, so he went to bed early. Addison and I snuggled in for some Hallmark. 

Then, Sunday morning, Addison was eager to get up and see what the Easter Bunny brought. 

She worked on putting together her little Easter craft from Lowe’s. 

I worked on some cooking, then we were off. We had 4 places we had to visit. Whew what a beautiful, busy day! 

Stop #1 was my Papa’s house. 

Mom made these cute little chick eggs. 

It was great seeing everybody! 

Then we were off to Stop #2, Joey’s Mom’s house.

They played some yard games for a while before leaving for….

Stop #3 Joey’s Granny’s house.

And our last Stop, #4, was by my Dad & Mom’s house to grab our Easter baskets and for Addison 1 more egg hunt. 

Wow! We have so many eggs and so much candy!! It was a wonderful Spring Break and wonderful weekend! We are so blessed for our family and most of all for our Savior!
